A vertical athletic footwear/apparel retailer is maintaining omnichannel harmony with cloud-based ERP technology.
New Balance will deploy Aptos’ cloud-based applications across its retail business in North America and Europe. This deployment will include the microservices-based Aptos ONE SaaS platform. The cloud-native, mobile-first Aptos ONE solution leverages a microservices architecture designed to enable retailers to quickly deploy new capabilities.
Equipped with a new, cloud-based enterprise infrastructure, New Balance is seeking to enhance all aspects of its customer experience with offerings such as expanded fulfillment options, optimized merchandise availability, and seamless interactions across channels.
The Aptos deployment will involve nearly every aspect of New Balance’s retail operations, including engaging with shoppers, capturing and fulfilling orders, and planning and managing inventory across channels. The implementation will also also include solutions such as Aptos analytics and sales audit modules.
