Cincinnati -- Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased retail space in Cincinnati, at Hyde Park Plaza to The Snooty Fox.

An upscale consignment shop, The Snooty Fox has leased 5,000 sq. ft., bringing the center to 96% leased. It is slated to open for business this summer.

The 396,861-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by a 99,675-sq.-ft. Kroger and a 69,592-sq.-ft. Biggs alongside national retailers such as Michaels, Massage Envy, Panera Bread, Starbucks and Staples.

Chicago -- Accertify, a provider of software, tools and strategies for preventing fraud and a subsidiary of American Express, announced that Abercrombie & Fitch has implemented its Interceptas fraud prevention platform to enhance the retailer's ability to protect against credit card fraud in its direct-to-consumer business.

BENTONVILLE, Ark. -- The Walmart Foundation has donated $5 million to Meals On Wheels Association of America (MOWAA) to help fight senior hunger in communities across the nation. Through the grant, MOWAA will boost the efforts of Senior Nutrition Programs (SNPs), organizations that provide critical services to more than six million seniors in the U.S. currently facing the threat of hunger.

Cherry Hill, N.J. -- Philadelphia-based Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust said that its Cherry Hill Mall property, located in Cherry Hill, N.J., will welcome three new retailers this spring and summer.

Lids Locker Room opened in March, and two shoe retailers, Traffic and Clarks, are slated to open this summer.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Meijer is continuing its pantry donation program by kicking off a springtime campaign.

The Midwest retailer is once again teaming up with its customers and team members in implementing its Simply Give program to help restock the shelves of nearly 200 local food pantries in Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky.

This marks Meijer's eighth Simply Give effort, which began on March 20 and will continue through May 14.

Columbus, Ohio -- Tarrytown, N.Y.-based DLC Management Corp. said that Shoppers World has signed a lease at Northern Lights Shopping Center in Columbus, Ohio. The 40,805-sq.-ft. apparel/variety merchandise retailer signed an eleven year lease and will join a dominant tenant lineup at this 361,000-sq.-ft. shopping center including Kroger, Marshall’s, Sears Outlet, and Citi Trends.

Shoppers World is expected to open in the summer.

MINNEAPOLIS -- Consumer electronics become outdated almost as soon as the public learns about them, so electronics trade-in services, such as the one offered by Target, help consumers stay on top of the latest trends without having to have a pile of old cell phones collecting dust in their homes. Target Wednesday announced that it has expanded its trade-in program to include Nintendo DS, in time for the upcoming release of the Nintendo 3DS.
