  • Shops at Highland Village adds restaurant as property completes makeover

    Highland Village, Texas -- Trademark Property Corp., the operating partner for The Shops at Highland Village located in Highland Village, Texas, announced Torchy’s Tacos has signed a lease for 5,262 sq. ft. at the recently renovated shopping center. In addition, Runway Seven’s flagship store will relocate this spring to a larger space.

  • Tiffany smells growth with Coty fragrance deal

    Tiffany & Co. has come up with a new way to showcase its brand and it has nothing to do with jewelry.

    The retailer announced it has entered into an agreement with Coty for the development, production and distribution of a new line of Tiffany fragrances for both women and men, to be sold at Tiffany & Co. stores as well as at other select luxury retailers.

  • Main Street Movies 5 to invest $3 million in full-scale renovation

    Newark, Del. -- Atlantic Realty Companies announced Main Street Movies 5 has signed an 18,000 sq. ft. lease at Newark Shopping Center in Newark, Delaware.

    Main Street will invest $3 million in a full-scale renovation of the existing theater space and expand into the adjacent space. Construction is set to begin in February with a grand opening in August.

    The Buckle, Inc. has announced that Whisler, senior VP of Women’s Merchandising, will retire from her position with the company later this spring.

  • Report: Under Armour has big store expansion plans for 2016

    Athletic wear giant Under Armour plans to open some 200 store in 2016, according to The Street. While the brand did not comment, the report said the expansion would likely include a mixture of store types, including outlet locations, “Brand House” stores, (the company’s full-price, experiential format) and in-store shops.
