Nordstrom Rack plans two new stores

Seattle – Nordstrom Inc. plans to open two new Nordstrom Rack stores in Pittsburgh and Novi, Michigan. The 40,000-sq.-ft. Pittsburgh store is scheduled to open in fall 2016 at The Block Northway mall.



The new Pittsburgh Rack will be a two-level store with a primary outside entrance and a secondary entrance inside the mall on the promenade level. The addition of the Rack is part of an overall 470,000-sq.-ft.redevelopment of the center, formally known as the Shoppes at Northway, which will accommodate several other national retailers and restaurants



The approximately 33.000-sq.-ft. Novi, Michigan store will open at West Oaks shopping center in fall 2016. The property is owned and managed by Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust.
