  • Colliers International names senior property manager

    Cincinnati -- Colliers International Greater Cincinnati said it has hired John Stegemoller, RPA as senior property manager.

    Most recently, Stegemoller was the senior real estate manager at CB Richard Ellis.
     

  • Marcus & Millichap announces promotion

    Oakbrook Terrace, Ill. -- Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services said it has promoted Tammy A. Saia to VP investments.

    Saia began her career with Marcus & Millichap in September 2003, specializing in the sale of retail properties. Most recently, she held the position of associate VP investments.

     

  • CBL & Associates names leasing personnel

    Chattanooga, Tenn. -- CBL & Associates Properties announced that Jimmy Neely and Kyle Capshaw have joined the company's leasing department.

    Neely joins CBL as a senior leasing manager responsible for Hanes Mall in Winston Salem, N.C., and Randolph Mall in Asheboro, N.C. He previously held various positions with Colonial Property Trust of Birmingham, including leasing, development and peripheral property.

  • RadioShack names new CFO

    Fort Worth, Texas -- RadioShack Corp. said Monday it has appointed Dorvin D. Lively as executive VP, CFO and chief administrative officer, effective immediately.

    Lively joins RadioShack from Ace Hardware Corp., where he was most recently executive VP and CFO.
     

  • Sears Holdings names finance chief

    HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill. — Sears Holdings announced Tuesday that Robert Schriesheim will join the company as EVP and CFO.  Schriesheim, who starts with the company immediately as EVP, will assume his responsibilities as CFO effective Aug. 22.

    Schriesheim, 51, most recently was CFO for Hewitt Associates, leading the company's global financial and administrative roles until its merger with Aon Corp.

  • Sears Holdings names CFO

    Hoffman Estates, Ill. -- Sears Holdings Corp. said Tuesday it has named Robert A. Schriesheim as executive VP and CFO.

    Schriesheim’s position as executive VP is effective immediately, and he will begin his CFO duties on Aug. 22.

    Schriesheim most recently was CFO for Hewitt Associates, leading the company's global financial and administrative roles until its merger with Aon Corp. He replaces acting CFO Bill Phelan.

  • New execs named at OfficeMax contract business

    NAPERVILLE, Ill. — OfficeMax announced that it has appointed Mike MacDonald as EVP and president of its global contract organization and Steve Mongeau as SVP sales and growth initiatives, effective Aug. 15.   

  • Starbucks CEO cancels speech at church

    New York City -- Howard Schultz, CEO of Starbucks, cancelled a speech he was to give Friday at The Global Leadership Summit, an annual leadership summit organized by megachurch Willow Creek Community Church, South Barrington, Ill., after an online petition condemned the congregation as anti-gay. The church denies the charges.

    The annual event draws tens of thousands of viewers via satellite. Past speakers have included former GE's Jack Welch former president Bill Clinton.
