  • Dunkin’ Donuts details new store design

    Canton, Mass. -- Dunkin’ Donuts provided highlights of its new store design, the brand's first in nearly seven years. The new layout and contemporary look maintains the brand's focus on helping people get in and get on their way, while incorporating new features to create a warm environment for guests who seek a longer, more relaxed visit.  Inviting seating areas include updated furniture and lighting, as well as convenient electrical outlets and bar top areas for smartphones and computers.

  • Fuddruckers to open new California location

    Fairfield, Calif. -- A Fuddruckers franchisee has acquired a 14,500-sq.-ft. property on the ring road of Solano Mall in Fairfield, Calif., according to Transwestern, the brokerage that represented the franchisee.

    A Chick-fil-A restaurant attached to the property will continue to operate without change.

     

  • DRE inks three retail leases in Hampton Roads

    Virginia Beach, Va. -- Divaris Real Estate has leased three retail spaces at shopping centers in Hampton and Virginia Beach.

    Bank of America renewed its 6,000–sq.-ft. lease in Willow Oaks Village Square in Hampton.

    Bruegger’s Bagels leased 2,400 sq. ft. in Southgate Commons in Virginia Beach. Also in Southgate Commons, Anthony Vince Nail Spa has taken 2,597 sq. ft.

    A member of Realty Resources and the Virginia affiliate for The CORE Network, DRE represented the landlords in these transactions.

     

  • Cameron Chase Village Center now 100% leased

    Ashburn, Va. -- Two new tenants have leased the last 3,500 sq. ft. available at Cameron Chase Village Center, according to The Rappaport Cos., the broker representing the landlord.

    Sharp Line Cuts Barber Shop took 1,400 sq. ft., and sit-down restaurant Sushi Noshi signed on for 2,100 sq. ft. Both plan to open in the fall.

     

  • CineBistro’ dinner-and-a-movie signs up for Liberty Center

    Cincinnati -- Cobb Theatres’ CineBistro will co-anchor Cincinnati’s 1.1 million-sq.-ft. Liberty Center with Dillard's, according to center developers Steiner + Associates and Bucksbaum Retail Properties. The developers plan to announce a third anchor in coming weeks.

    CineBistro was recently named as “one of eight theatres redefining the movie-going experience” by Entertainment Weekly.

  • Action Services Group names Fairley VP

    Aston, Pa. – National lighting, sign and electrical maintenance and service company Action Services Group has named Joe Fairley as VP of account solutions. Fairley will be responsible for Action Services Group’s national sales development and sales management of the account solutions team. He has more than 20 years of experience in facility services.

  • CBRE pours Seattle’s Best Coffee into North Texas

    Dallas -- Seattle’s Best Coffee is opening new operations in North Texas, according to CBRE. So far, 10 stores have opened throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area with more scheduled to open later this year.

    CBRE Retail Brokerage provided market evaluation, mapping and demographic analysis, site selection and lease negotiation. CBRE Project Management provided construction services.

    The 10 new stores are located throughout Burleson, Dallas, Fort Worth, Lancaster, McKinney and Rockwall.
