Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania —The newly redeveloped MacDade Mall – located at 2600 MacDade Boulevard in Holmes, Pennsylvania – has attracted two new junior anchors: Marshalls, which opened in August 2013, and Ross, which will hold its grand opening this month.

New York - Retail developer MarketPlace Development announced that the food and stores at LaGuardia Airport's Terminal B will receive a major overhaul in 2014. With a new terminal slated to start construction in 2015, the redevelopment will provide upgrades for the existing aging terminal, including new shops and restaurants, enhanced amenities and infrastructure upgrades for HVAC and escalators in the food courts.

Canton, Mass. - Dunkin' Donuts has signed a multi-unit store development agreement with new franchisees Wendover Donuts LLC to develop five restaurants in North and South Greensboro, North Carolina. The locations will incorporate traditional and combination unit development with sister brand, Baskin-Robbins, with the first store planned to open in 2015.

Trevose, Pa. - Rita's Italian Ice, has appointed Eric Taylor, a 15-plus-year franchise industry veteran, as senior VP and chief development officer to lead the company’s franchise development and growth. Virginia Beach, Va. - Divaris Real Estate Inc. has signed a lease with Twist Martini & Associates for 2,442 sq. ft. of retail space in the Town Center of Virginia Beach. Twist Martini will operate a full-menu, dine-in restaurant including a martini bar, a cigar club, an outside patio area and a private lounge on the second floor.
