Lush Cosmetics adds Instacart to online delivery portfolio
An eco-friendly bath, body, skin and haircare retailer is expanding its roster of third-party delivery providers to fulfill digital orders.
Lush Cosmetics is partnering with Instacart to provide same-day delivery of digital purchases in as fast as one hour from 250 stores across the U.S. and Canada. Customers shopping Lush on Instacart will have access to more than 600 products, including bath bombs, fresh face masks, body scrubs and shampoo bars, available with same-as-in-store pricing.
To begin shopping from Lush for same-day Instacart delivery, customers across the U.S. can visit the Lush storefront on the Instacart website or download the Instacart app on their mobile device. The companies timed rollout of the new delivery partnership for Valentine’s Day.
"Lush prioritizes fresh, high-quality, and sustainably harvested ingredients to provide exceptional products to our customers," said Raman Khtaria, Head of Digital Operations at Lush Cosmetics North America. "With Instacart, we're expanding customers' accessibility to Lush's handmade product inventions, making them easier to access than ever before."
Instacart is the second major third-party online delivery platform Lush has engaged with in recent months. In November 2025, the company began offering online delivery from hundreds of stores via the Uber, Uber Eats and Postmates apps. Uber One paid loyalty members will receive $0 delivery fees on eligible retail orders.

In addition, since 2023 Lush has been delivering online orders from over 250 stores in the US and Canada on the DoorDash site and app.

Lush operates in 52 countries with over 850 shops, 38 websites shipping worldwide and a global network of native apps, broadcasting channels and digital communities in over 30 languages.
Instacart partners with more than 1,800 national, regional and local retail banners to facilitate online shopping, delivery and pickup services from nearly 100,000 stores across North America on the Instacart Marketplace.
