Kohl’s prepares for around the clock holiday shopping

Kohl’s stores will remain open 24 hours during the holiday shopping home stretch.

The department store retailer will keep stores open beginning at 7 a.m. local time on Friday, Dec. 20 through 6 p.m. local time on Christmas Eve, Tuesday, Dec. 24. In addition, customers using the Kohl’s website and mobile app have free in-store pickup for orders placed until 3 p.m. local time Dec. 24. Customers who place digital delivery orders by 11:59 p.m. CST on Wednesday, Dec. 18 can receive purchases with standard shipping by Dec. 24.

Kohl’s has already been offering a variety of seasonal omnichannel promotions and services to holiday shoppers. On Twitter, customers can engage in social conversation with Kohl’s to have a chance to receive on-demand, same-day product delivery featuring Kohl’s top brands and gifts during key holiday moments. 

In addition, Kohl’s is leveraging Pinterest to connect in-store shoppers with additional gifting ideas through the use of Pinterest pincodes. Kohl’s customers can open their Pinterest app, scan a pincode using the app’s camera feature on Kohl’s “Jammies for Your Families” hangtags and in-store signage, and be taken to a Kohl's Pinterest board.
