A specialty omnichannel menswear retailer is offering a personalized wardrobe and recommendation portal accessible via web and mobile sites.
Knot Standard is introducing a fully virtual showroom experience for new and existing customers called The Knot Standard Stylist Store. The showroom is designed to digitally replicate the in-person, specialized experience the retailer provides in its brick-and-mortar stores, including the ability to view a full order history of previous custom purchases.
The new digital store will also enable a direct line of communication between customers and their personal style advisors, personalized features such as digital measuring and virtual appointment scheduling, new product offerings, and a streamlined way for clients to track products and orders, all from one touchpoint.
Knot Standard will utilize the new digital store to facilitate appointments in its brick-and-mortar showrooms, and to simplify shopping within its new physical digital studio concept spaces. The retailer will continue to add functionality and new features to its digital store as it tests and learns from customers and associates.
"From our digital measuring app and virtual appointments, to QR-coded products and daily wardrobe advice from a personal style advisor--everything we offer is seamlessly available to any client, anywhere in the world," said Matthew Mueller, president and co-founder of Knot Standard.
New York-based Knot Standard operates brick-and-mortar showrooms across the U.S., as well as an e-commerce site.
