Customers can now purchase select Apple devices directly from the Klarna site and app.

The global payments network and shopping assistant has unveiled “Apple from Klarna,” a storefront on its site and app where U.S. customers can directly purchase Apple products using Klarna flexible payment options.

Now an official Apple reseller, Klarna is also launching a new custom payment option for Apple products called Upgrade Financing. This payment method makes select Apple products available for as little as $7.99 a month for 24- or 26-month loan terms exclusively through the Apple from Klarna storefront.

Upgrade Financing enables Klarna customers to purchase the latest Apple Watch, iPad, and Mac lineups through monthly payment plans, including:

  • Apple Watch SE starting at $7.99 a month.
  • Apple Watch Series 10 at $12.99 a month.
  • iPad Air starting at $17.99 a month.
  • MacBook Air 13-inch with M3 starting at $19.99 a month .

At the end of the loan term, customers can trade in their device and upgrade to the latest model, or they can choose to keep their current device for a final, interest-free payment.

"I love Apple’s products,” said Sebastian Siemiatkowski, co-founder and CEO of Klarna. “I love the design, the security and the ease-of-use. So it is super exciting that we’re simplifying the shopping experience for Apple products in the Klarna app and Klarna.com. Apple from Klarna gives our 25 million active U.S. consumers another way to access the latest and best tech as they work, play and create.”

Klarna has been extending its presence in a number of ways in recent years. The company offers a physical payment card and has also been expanding in physical stores, most recently becoming available in more than 450,000 Adyen in-store devices ranging from countertop devices to mobile terminals.
