Ibotta streamlines scheduling to support rapid workforce growth

A mobile rewards and payments platform is providing part-time and remote employees with cloud-based self-scheduling.

Ibotta has selected the Nice Workforce Management and Employee Engagement Manager solutions to increase the flexibility and control its mobile workforce has over their schedules. The cloud-based applications provide a wide range of self-service scheduling capabilities and enable employees to change their schedules at anytime, from anywhere.

As a result, Ibotta hopes to increase employee satisfaction by improving turnaround time while simplifying scheduling through auto-approval. With a workforce growing at a double-digit rate, Ibotta needed a solution to simplify scheduling to accommodate its changing employee management needs.
