GlassesUSA tailors suggestions with AI, AR

GlassesUSA is personalizing online recommendations.

An online eyewear retailer is utilizing leading-edge technology to virtually provide customers with individually tailored glasses.

GlassesUSA is introducing a new proprietary artificial intelligence solution called "Pairfect Match AI" that is designed to seamlessly match customers with the perfect pair of glasses.

Pairfect Match AI provides tailored recommendations for each consumer, matching them with the exact product that fits their needs and preferences. The solution measures relevant facial features such as hairline, eye height and width, pupil distance, skin tone, nose bridge, cheekbones and jawline to provide a selection of personally suggested items from an assortment of more than 10,000 frames.

Customers can then virtually try on their curated collection of glasses with augmented reality technology. Pairfect Match AI builds upon previous AR-equipped virtual tools released by GlassesUSA, such as the "Live Try-On" augmented reality virtual mirror and "Prescription Scanner" app, which allows users to extract a prescription from their existing lenses.
