Glossier continues its return to physical retail.

The direct-to-consumer, cult-fave beauty brand has opened a store in the heart of Miami’s Design District, on the third floor of Palm Court. It’s Glossier’s fourth brick-and-mortar location, in addition to stores in Seattle, Los Angeles and London.

The company re-entered brick-and-mortar last year after closing its two permanent stores in 2020 due to the pandemic.

Designed by Glossier’s in-house creative team, the Miami outpost was inspired by the city’s beach culture. The store is accented with sparks of hot pink to bring the electric energy of Miami’s nightlife to the forefront amid lush green accents and Florida coral keystone (a natural stone quarried in the Florida Keys). “The store feels like a tropical oasis and is Glossier’s take on a beach club that welcomes everyone and inspires their community to find joy and confidence in their personal beauty style,” the company said.

A stucco dome in the brand’s signature pink hue serves as the store’s visual focal point. An “underwater” room in a soft blue gradient — mimicking the beaches of Miami — is located inside the dome, giving customers an ideal selfie spot. The brand's tagline — You Look Good — adorns the selfie-ready mirror.

The space also features a metallic-clad “wet bar, “wrapped in gleaming, power-coated green paint, where shoppers can test Glossier skincare products.”
