The Triple Five Group of Companies, the developer of the long-delayed retail and entertainment mega-center in East Rutherford, New Jersey, on Monday announced the names of 10 new retail tenants who will be setting up shop there. These include: Aritzia, Banana Republic, Gap, Lululemon, Mac, Microsoft, Pink, Uniqlo, Victoria's Secret and Zara.

L Brands Inc. continues to elude the troubles that have plagued other mall retailers, as the company reported a spike in same store sales.

The parent company of Bath and Body Works and Victoria's Secret said earnings per share for the second quarter ended Aug. 1 increased 8% to 68 cents compared to 63 cents for the quarter ended Aug. 2, 2014. Net income was $202.5 million compared to $188.4 million last year. Same store sales increased 4%.

New York -- A Monday report by Reuters said that Limited Brands has temporarily changed its name to L Brands Inc. The report cited a Friday regulatory filing.

The operator of Victoria's Secret and Henri Bendel is implementing a pre-planned transition process that was required after the 2010 sale of Limited Stores, LLC.

The company is expected to announce a new permanent name in the coming months.
