    Roseville, Calif. – Revionics, Inc. and Nielsen Holdings, N.V., have signed a multi-year global strategic alliance agreement which will integrate Nielsen Pricing Insights with Revionics Life Cycle Price Optimization solutions. The alliance brings together Nielsen competitive market data with demand-based predictive analytics to help retailers quickly make data-driven pricing changes at enterprise scale to capitalize on competitive marketplace conditions.

  • Revionics names SVP to manage expansion efforts in Asia Pacific

    ROSEVILLE, Calif. — Revionics, aprovider of end-to-end merchandise optimization solutions, has appointed Jeff Edwards as SVP and managing director of Asia Pacific. Edwards has been successfully serving as Revionics’ SVP sales and account management for the company’s North American efforts. In his new role, Edwards will be responsible for strategic sales and business development efforts across the entire Asia Pacific region.

    ROSEVILLE, Calif. — Revionics a provider of end-to-end merchandise optimization solutions has renewed its software contract with Family Dollar. This renewal agreement will extend Family Dollar’s services with Revionics Price Optimization. Family Dollar will be leveraging Revionics’ solutions in each of its more than 7,600 stores in 45 states.

The multi-year agreement will extend the retailer’s services with Revionics’ price optimization solutions, with Family Dollar leveraging Revionics’ solutions in each of its more than 7,600 stores in 45 states.

  • ALCO to deploy Revionics pricing solutions

    Abilene, Kansas -- ALCO Stores and Revionics Inc. announced a multi-year partnership, which will support optimal pricing decisions throughout ALCO’s 217 stores.

    Revionics Life Cycle Price Optimization solutions and Analytic Solutions will enable ALCO to design and execute regional, localized pricing initiatives, timing of markdowns, promotional pricing and analysis of customer market baskets and key volume items.

  • Outdoors specialty retailer to improve omni-channel strategy

    ROSEVILLE, Calif. — Outdoors specialty retailer Cabela’s has entered into a multi-year agreement with Revionics, a leading provider of end-to-end merchandise optimization solutions.

    Cabela’s, which operates 40 large format stores and describes itself as the world's largest direct marketer of hunting, fishing, camping and related outdoor merchandise, will look to Revionics to improve its life cycle price optimization solutions.

  • Revionics acquires SkuLoop

    Roseville, Calif. -- Revionics, a provider of end-to-end merchandise optimization solutions, and GIIV, owner of the SkuLoop business, a provider of social commerce driven promotions for retailers and consumer brands, announced that Revionics has acquired the SkuLoop business and assets from GIIV.

     

  • Revionics acquires Retail Optimization

    Roseville, Calif. -- Revionics, a provider of price optimization systems, announced it has acquired the business and related assets of Retail Optimization, New Haven, Conn., a provider of cloud-based assortment and space optimization systems. Terms were not disclosed.
