Bouqs Co. has a new delivery option.

A direct-to-consumer floral delivery provider is partnering with a third-party platform to better respond to last-minute orders.

The Bouqs Co. is teaming up with Roadie, a a UPS company, to provide same-day delivery services in key markets including New York, Los Angeles, and Miami. The floral brand’s business model focuses on partnering with sustainable farms that focus on minimizing waste, recycling water, and cutting out the middleman for direct-to-consumer flowers.

Anticipating a 44% increase in planned order volume in the fourth quarter of 2025 compared to the third quarter of 2025, Bouqs sought to partner with Roadie in part to address the challenge posed by customers often waiting until the last minute to order flowers and then having its shipping unable to fill that demand.

Bouqs intends its Roadie collaboration to help solve this issue by enabling same-day delivery from the retailer’s stores and distribution points, which will allow it to meet customer demand during peaks. Roadie operates a network of more than 310,000 independent drivers who can help Bouqs fulfill orders even as traditional shipping windows close during the peak holiday season.

"Markets like New York and Los Angeles are critical for our business, and Roadie’s delivery platform allows us to reach far more customers than we could through our stores alone," said Wendy Oliff, senior VP of e-commerce & subscriptions at Bouqs. "A customer in Brooklyn can now order a centerpiece in the morning and have it delivered for dinner."

In addition, Bouqs hopes to expand the design options it can offer delivery customers. Typical Bouqs orders arrive in boxes to help ensure freshness during cross-country shipping. Premium arrangements, such florist-arranged centerpieces and compote-style vases, can’t be packaged and shipped using those designs.

Leveraging Roadie services, Bouqs will able to offer same-day delivery for premium designs to customers beyond its physical retail locations. The floral retailer also offers its products in an exclusive partnership with David’s Bridal.

"Holiday shoppers don’t typically plan ahead for flowers, and that's kind of the point," said Marc Gorlin, founder and CEO of Roadie. "You wake up, realize you forgot a host gift or need something beautiful on the table tonight. Bouqs gets that and with Roadie same-day delivery, now they can make it happen. It’s exactly the kind of challenge we love solving: helping great brands deliver fast without losing what makes them special."
