Big Lots to accept Bed Bath & Beyond coupons

Another retailer is giving a second life to expired Bed, Bath & Beyond coupons.

Big Lots said that, starting April 27, shoppers can exchange an expired Bed Bath & Beyond coupon at any of Big Lots 1,425 stores nationwide and receive a discount of 20% off their entire purchase of $50 or more. The coupons can be exchanged through May 7, 2023.

The offer follows Bed Bath & Beyond's recent bankruptcy filing and announcement that it would no longer accept coupons as of April 26, 2023, as it begins to wind down its operations.  

In accepting the coupons, Big Lots joins The Container Store, which is offering a 20% discount off any single item (through May 31, 2023) for customers who bring in a Bed, Bath & Beyond coupon.

"For anyone who has missed their last opportunity to redeem one of these coupons, Big Lots is opening our doors to help you save on your entire purchase,” said Bruce Thorn, president and CEO, Big Lots. “This special offer can be used to purchase an assortment of great items for your home, such as bedding and bath accessories, furniture, décor and more."
