One of the largest omnichannel home furnishings and decor retailers in Mexico will roll out the Algonomy FIND algorithmic search optimization tool.
The Mexican banner of Bed Bath & Beyond Inc., which operates over 1,460 stores across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, will utilize Algonomy FIND to offer customers algorithmically personalized e-commerce search experiences on its digital store. Bed Bath & Beyond Mexico will integrate the solution with the Adobe Magento E-commerce platform and leverage real-time shopper behavior to personalize search results.
The FIND solution leverages the Algonomy real-time streaming catalog, which helps ensure that catalog changes are indexed in real-time so that critical product attributes are always up to date. Bed Bath & Beyond Mexico intends to apply real-time behavioral data and shopper profiles to uniquely personalize search results for every shopper.
Customizing and personalizing search results can pay big dividends. For example, Canadian toy retailer Mastermind Toys grew online and mobile channel sales by approximately 300% after implementing Fast Simon AI shopping optimization technology to match search with customer intent.
