Authentic Brands Group optimizes online customer experience with AI

A global brand management company is enhancing online merchandising, search and personalization with artificial intelligence (AI).

Authentic Brands Group (ABG), owner of a portfolio of more than 40 lifestyle, entertainment and media brands, including retailers such as Eddie Bauer, Reebok, Barneys New York, Brooks Brothers, Ted Baker, Forever 21 and Juicy Couture, is deploying AI-based shopping optimization technology from Fast Simon across multiple banners.

Authentic-owned brands such as Juicy Couture, Frederick’s of Hollywood and Iconic Images Gallery, as well as its newly launched Authentic.com multibanner e-commerce site, currently utilize Fast Simon AI technology. The partnership also sets up Fast Simon to be a preferred partner for shopping optimization across additional Authentic-owned brand sites, such as DC Shoes and Reebok.

Each Authentic brand equipped with Fast Simon AI technology uses the solution to enhance merchandising with smart collections and visual merchandising, as well as improve search results with AI. The brands also leverage AI capabilities to optimally personalize online product recommendations and visual discovery for cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
