American Dream to host interactive Minecraft experience
An immersive entertainment experience based on one of the world’s most popular video games is coming to American Dream.
Starting Nov. 13, visitors to the retail and entertainment complex in East Rutherford, N.J., will be able to check out Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue, an immersive experience that allows visitors to step into a story-driven rescue mission where the game’s iconic biomes, mobs and challenges from the game come to life.
Created in partnership with creative agencies Experience MOD, Mojang Studios and Supply + Demand, visitors begin their one hour journey in the forest before entering the village to receive their quest. Working alongside a team of fellow adventurers, they then embark on an interactive, story-driven mission through eight Minecraft realms, collecting resources and encountering iconic mobs.

Upon completion, participants can purchase Minecraft mementos at the Trading Post. In addition, they can claim a sought-after commemorative Minecraft cape to continue their adventure in-game.
The experience will run for a limited time.

American Dream is home to numerous other entertainment attractions, including DreamWorks Water Park, Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park, Big Snow, Dream Live Performing Arts Center, Ninja Kidz Action Park, Sesame Street Learn & Play and more.
