Zaxby’s unifies technology for seamless customer experience

A fast-food chicken retailer is consolidating enterprise and CRM systems at the POS.

Zaxby’s is deploying Par cloud-based Brink POS technology and Punchh loyalty software to streamline and enhance it customer experience across all touchpoints. Leveraging the Brink solution, Zaxby’s will be able to integrate its POS, supplier, accounting, and payroll systems to consolidate information all in one place, streamlining functions and procedures and improving its overall customer relationship.

In addition, the retailer will utilize Par Punchh customer loyalty, offers and engagement software to focus its Zax Rewardz loyalty program on allowing customers to earn points for purchases and bundle them up to select premium rewards from a predetermined list.

Zax Rewardz offers several tiered reward options for participating customers. A point-based catalog of rewards allows users to turn earned points into free menu items and select dollars-off rewards.

Jack in the Box adds Punchh to digital customer experience

Fast-food burger chain Jack in the Box has also implemented the Punchh solution. This enables the retailer to upgrade its online ordering interface and add a loyalty program to provide an upgraded app and digital experience for customers. Jack in the Box also utilizes a Punchh add-on coupons and promotions module that enables it to send targeted offers to customers outside of its loyalty program.
