Walmart Inc. is bringing back a Thanksgiving meal deal that is available through Christmas Eve.

For the eighth straight year, Walmart is providing a traditional holiday meal offer priced less than the national average. Through Tuesday, Dec. 24 (Christmas Eve), customers can purchase Walmart’s discounted Thanksgiving meal, including turkey (priced $.88/lb.) and trimmings to desserts.

This year's meal features 29 items and is designed to serve eight people for less than $7 per person. Shoppers can purchase discounted meal items both in-store and online with pickup and delivery, including early morning and express delivery options.

Customers can also purchase a Thanksgiving meal for a loved one by inputting their friend or family’s address into Walmart.com. An entire Thanksgiving meal can be delivered straight to their door or ready for pickup at their local Walmart.

In addition, for the first time this year customers can donate the equivalent of a Thanksgiving meal to their local Salvation Army or round up their purchase to benefit the organization. At participating Walmart and Sam’s Club stores, shoppers can also donate to the Salvation Army "red kettles" or buy gifts for children in need through the Angel Tree program.
