Victoria’s Secret & Co. has a new brand leadership team.

The lingerie giant announced the appointment of three brand presidents, all reporting directly to Hillary Super, who took the reins of the company in September 2024. She joined from Savage X Fenty — the billion-dollar inclusive intimates and accessories brand launched by megastar Rihanna — where she served as CEO since June 2023.

The leadership appointments are designed to drive Super’s “Path to Potential” strategy to enhance customer focus and drive brand expansion.

Here are the company’s new brand presidents.

  • Anne Stephenson has been named president of Victoria’s Secret, effective May 12. She currently serves as chief merchandising officer for Victoria’s Secret & Co. Prior to her rejoining Victoria’s Secret in 2023, Stephenson served in chief merchant roles at Full Beauty Brands and Torrid.

  • Ali Dillon has been named president of Pink, effective May 12. She joins the company from Alex Mill, where she has served as president since January 2024. Prior to Alex Mill, Dillon held several key merchandising leadership roles at Gap Inc. Before Gap, she spent over a decade at J.Crew, serving in various merchandising leadership positions.

  • Amy Kocourek was appointed president of beauty in March. Most recently, she was chief merchandising officer at Kendra Scott. She also spent nine years at Kohl’s.

  • Additionally, Adam Selman will join the company as senior VP, executive creative director on April 14. From January 2022 to January 2025, he served as chief design officer for Savage X Fenty. He will report directly to Super, until a new chief merchandising officer is announced.

“This is an exceptional team of product and creative leaders whose vision and operational expertise will drive new levels of growth, innovation, and impact for our company,” said Super. “They are joining highly skilled and experienced teams across our brands. With their customer-centric approach, I’m confident they’ll help us unlock the full potential of our brands, capture the next generation of consumers, and strengthen our market leadership.”
