Toys"R"Us is partnering with USPS Operation Santa.

"USPS Operation Santa" has taken flight with a new e-commerce option.

The U.S. Postal Service is debuting “Santa's Gift Shoppe,” an online catalog for purchasing holiday gifts stocked by Toys"R"Us. Initially announced in September 2024 and now available to consumers, the online catalog features a selection of toys and gifts from Toys"R"Us, integrated with shipping options from the U.S. Postal Service, such as USPS Ground Advantage.

Through USPS Operation Santa, children across the U.S. can write their holiday wishes to Santa Claus and send their letters to his official address. The letters are then anonymized and made available for adoption on the program's website. Individuals, families and organizations can browse the letters, adopt one or more of them and fulfill the child's holiday wishes.

The new site offers what the U.S. Postal Service says is a streamlined experience enabling participants to shop for a gift and ship it with a single click.

"The helps ensure that gifts are affordable to ship and arrive in time for the holidays," said USPS marketing VP Sheila Holman."USPS Operation Santa has connected communities through holiday goodwill for over a century. This year, through our collaboration with Toys"R"Us, we're thrilled to bring an easier way for generous people to make a difference. With the launch of this new e-commerce platform, we're making it simpler than ever to help fulfill wishes and spread holiday joy."

The introduction of Santa's Gift Shoppe, coinciding with the Nov. 18, 2024 first day of letter adoption, marks the first of what the Postal Service hopes to be several collaborations in expanding its online catalog to include items such as clothing, shoes, and books and more.

During the holiday season, USPS Operation Santa will be featured in a new season of "Dear Santa, The Series," debuting Sunday, Nov. 24 on all ABC-owned television stations and streaming on Hulu beginning Nov. 29. The series provides a behind-the-scenes look at the impact of the program, showcasing real stories of children’s requests being fulfilled.

"At Toys"R"Us, our mission is to bring joy to children, and what better way than to surprise them with gifts from Santa," said Gary Haas, VP of e-commerce at Toys"R"Us. "Through this new e-commerce platform, generous individuals can easily adopt a letter to Santa and help create magical moments for a new generation of Toys"R"Us kids."
