Ulta Beauty, Walmart directors join Camping World leadership team

Camping World Holdings has expanded its leadership team with two strategic hires.

The nation’s largest network of recreational vehicle and outdoor lifestyle locations has appointed Elizabeth Garry as VP, e-commerce, and Jessica Wegner as VP, customer loyalty and membership. Garry joins Camping World from Walmart, where she served as an assistant director of e-commerce. Prior to joining Walmart in February 2020, she spent five years at online home furnishings retailer Wayfair.

Wegner is a nine-year veteran of Ulta Beauty where, from 2018 to 2021, she served as director of loyalty programs.

Garry’s focus will be on Camping World’s digital retail strategic evolution while creating a cohesive customer in-store and online experience to support omnichannel growth. Wegner will oversee customer acquisition and retention for the company, including the growth and development of the 2.1 million Good Sam Membership business, the company’s most active and profitable customer segment.

“As we continue to make the business stronger, we are always looking for talent to bring new ideas and innovation to better serve our customers,” said Marcus Lemonis, CEO and chairman of Camping World Holdings. “The track records, depth of experience and enthusiasm about joining our company makes both Ms. Wegner and Ms. Garry ideal leaders to build on the forward momentum of Camping World and the rest of the leadership team.”
