Sporting goods retailer tightens e-commerce experience

Hibbett Sports is making a move to become a top online player.

Eager to drive a frictionless shopping experience, the sporting good retailer is teaming up with Radial to integrate its omnichannel commerce operations. Specifically, Hibbett is using Radial's order management system, customer service and payment, tax, and fraud solutions.

The order management system integrates inventory from more than 1,000 Hibbett Sports stores nationwide, providing customers a seamless selection of footwear, apparel, and sports equipment. Meanwhile, the platform manages the ability for stores to fulfill online orders, as well as a drop ship operation that expands the assortment and delivery options.

In addition to ensuring a frictionless shopping experience for customers while eliminating fraud risk to the company, the centralized platform also supports customer care operations through call center expertise and technology needed to manage customer engagements, on-demand.
