J.C. Penney is enhancing customer benefits in its loyalty program.
The retailer is debuting a revamped program that allows Sephora customers to double-dip on rewards and also allows earned points to roll over from month to month, reported the
Dallas News. Penney reviewed the hospitality and travel industries and its retail peers, and also asked customers to rank features that were most important to them, according to the report. The new program also includes an upgraded mobile app that keeps track of rewards and matches some of the features available on Kohl's app, the report said.
