Checkers & Rally’s has selected Mobivity to support its mobile customer engagement programs in over 875 of its U.S. locations. The engagement programs will utilize Mobivity’s Reach mobile marketing solution, based on its Recurrency platform, to send timely, personalized mobile offers to customers via SMS text messaging.
Using machine learning technology, Mobivity’ Recurrency platform analyzes billions of full-basket brick-and-mortar point-of-sale transactions, across more than 40,000 global restaurant locations, to deliver personalized, attributable promotions and offers. As a result, Checkers & Rally’s seeks to connect with customers at their moment of choice, and ultimately drive higher customer visit frequency and spend across all of its locations nationwide.
