Swarovski, fitness, dining tenants land at Bergen Town Center

Bergen Town Center is adding six new tenants to its roster.

A longstanding New Jersey shopping center is welcoming a slate of new tenants.

Bergen Town Center, located in Paramus, N.J., is adding six new tenants to its roster, including multiple eateries and fitness tenants, that will join the likes of Whole Foods, Target and CVS. The new arrivals come following the recent completion of upgrades at the property that included digital signage, new landscaping and fresh wayfinding.

“This combination of new concepts and upgraded offerings continues to elevate the experience at Bergen Town Center,” said Josh Birns, senior VP of Leasing at Urban Edge Properties, which acquired the center in 2015. “At our premier retail property, the priority is to deliver a best-in-class experience for both customers and tenants. These operators provide complementary uses and will drive new traffic while benefitting from their neighbors’ existing audience.”

Upcoming additions to Bergen Town Center include the following, as described by Urban Edge:

•Elev8tion Fitness (14,750 sq. ft.): High-quality, nationally-recognized concept with locations across South Florida and an expanding presence in New York and New Jersey. Known as a destination for those who take their training and lifestyle seriously, the gym is built on a community that is results-driven and passion fueled

•Tatte Bakery & Cafe (3,840 sq. ft.): Popular chain out of Boston known for its artisanal pastries, fresh breads, and Mediterranean-inspired dishes, offering hand-crafted coffee, breakfast items, sandwiches and salads. Expected to open May 2027.

•Nail Art Spa (2,211 sq. ft.): Second location for these popular regional nail artists from Hackensack, N.J.

•Pilates Addiction (1,696 sq. ft.) Dynamic Pilates classes blending classical technique and modern intensity to strengthen the core and sculpt long, lean muscles.

•Canton Rodeo (1,458 sq. ft.): Flagship location for this brand-new slow-roasted Hong Kong BBQ concept.

•Swarovski (869 sq. ft.): Jewel box shop offering the brand’s highly coveted crystal jewelry and accessories.

First opened in 1957, Bergen Town Center spans two floors and more than 900,000 square feet.

Urban Edge owns 73 properties, primarily on the East Coast, totaling 17.2 million square feet of gross leasable area.
