1. Rekey Locks & Update Security System Codes
The same staff may not be returning to work after COVID, be sure to protect your locations.
2. Verify HVAC PMs Were Completed
With restrictions being put in place at the same time many HVAC PMs were scheduled, there's a chance crucial pre-summer PMs were missed.
3. Check Light Bulbs and Ballast
Areas of many locations have been largely unoccupied for months, ensure all lights are in working order to give your stores a clean, bright look for customers re-entering for the first time.
4. Verify Reactive or Missed PMs for Pest Control
