SPECS 2025 to cover latest trends in store development, facilities management
The countdown is on for Chain Store Age’s SPECS 2025, the premiere conference for store and restaurant design, construction and facilities maintenance professionals.
Taking place March 9-11 at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine, Texas, the annual event will combine dynamic keynote addresses, targeted educational content and plenty of opportunities for networking and business partnering. This year’s keynoters include Dallas Cowboys legend Troy Aikman, who will discuss his journey from football hero to businessman, and noted financial analyst/journalist Ron Insana, who will explore the latest economic trends and business issues affecting retail. Other speakers will include Read Hayes, director of the Loss Prevention Research Council, who will offer insights on how retailers can protect their stores from theft, and tech expert Gene Marks, who will discuss the impact of AI on store development.
