Saks teams up with luxury brand Dior for holiday spectacular

For the first time ever, Saks is partnering with a legendary fashion house to create an immersive holiday experience.

The retailer has teamed up with Dior to create Dior’s Carousel of Dreams at Saks, which will launch on Nov. 20. As part of the collaboration, Dior will transform Saks’ iconic New York City flagship on Fifth Avenue into a winter wonderland, complete with a reimagined light show. 

The experience includes a visual takeover of Saks’ historic, ten-story-tall facade, and the “most extensive holiday window display Saks has ever created in collaboration with a brand partner,” the retailer said. For the fourteenth consecutive year, the holiday windows and light show will be presented by Mastercard.

Additionally, Dior Parfums will have a dedicated pop-up space on Saks’ beauty floor featuring Dior makeup, fragrance and skincare holiday offerings that will be available exclusively at Saks.

As a key component of the partnership, Saks will launch an exclusive assortment of Dior merchandise on Saks.com, featuring all categories. It will be the only e-commerce outlet other than Dior.com and available throughout the course of the partnership.

“The Dior Pop-Up on Saks.com is the first time that all categories of Dior merchandise will be sold via e-commerce anywhere other than on Dior.com,” Saks said in a statement.  

Dior is part of global luxury goods conglomerate LVMH.
