A leading Canadian fashion retailer is streamlining store operations with a new mobile POS platform.

Reitmans (Canada) Limited is deploying the Jumpmind Commerce mobile-first POS solution to enable associates to execute and engage seamlessly with customers throughout the store. The retailer hopes this will enhance its ability to offer customers personalized service and convenience, as well as drive efficiency and improve the employee experience.

Reitmans will be able to deploy the micro-service-based, cloud-native Jumpmind platform in various configurations to meet the unique needs of each store type.

The Paper Store modernizes store operations with mobile POS

Specialty gift retailer The Paper Store is implementing the Jumpmind mobile POS platform across its footprint of more than 100 U.S. stores, replacing a legacy monolithic POS system. By leveraging cloud technology, The Paper Store hopes to achieve enhanced scalability, flexibility, and agility.

Store associates will be equipped with a mobile-first approach, enabling them to execute tasks including inventory management and unified commerce execution. The architecture of the Jumpmind solution is designed to accommodate future advancements in technology and evolving customer expectations.
