Sandy, Utah -- A partnership between Pacific Retail Capital Partners, Silverpeak Real Estate Partners and the merchant banking division of Goldman Sachs announced that it has acquired the 1.3 million-square-foot South Towne Center Mall and Marketplace in Sandy, Utah.
Cabela’s expands to Houston with new League City store
Dallas -- UCR Dallas announced that Cabela’s will make its Houston debut with a new 72,000-sq.-ft. store at Interstate 45 and Big League Dreams Parkway in League City, Texas. Cabela’s will join HEB, Kohl’s and Big League Dreams Sports Park at this development. The new store is slated to open in fall 2015.

Work begins on Archer Hotel in Napa Center

Napa, Calif. -- The transformation of Napa Center, Trademark Property Co. and Zapolski Real Estate’s 275,000-sq.-ft., mixed-use redevelopment in downtown Napa, Calif., is continuing, as a new luxury hotel is in the works.
Luna Grill makes Texas debut at Riverwalk Market

Flower Mound, Texas -- UCR Dallas announced that Luna Grill opened its first Texas location in October, debuting at Riverwalk Market at the northeast corner of FM 2499 and FM 1171 in Flower Mound, Texas.

The Mediterranean restaurant leased 2,200 sq. ft. with an outdoor patio. Luna Grill currently has 16 locations in California and Texas, and expects to open more in 2015.

The Shade Store took 1,600 sq. ft., joining area tenants Patagonia, Nike, J Crew, GAP, Vineyard Vines, Pottery Barn, Coach, Talbots, Williams-Sonoma, Brooks Brothers, Sunglass Hut, Starbucks and many more.
Blink Fitness to open N.J. store at Clifton Plaza

Clifton, N.J. -- Blink Fitness is set to open its newest New Jersey location at Clifton Plaza in Clifton. The fitness chain will occupy 15,000-sq.-ft. of newly constructed retail space at the 80,000-sq.-ft. shopping center, which is managed and leased by Levin Management. Levin Management negotiated the long-term lease.
PizzaRev plans 40-plus franchise stores in five new markets

Los Angeles -- PizzaRev, a fast-casual build-your-own pizza concept, is adding five franchise groups to develop the brand throughout Denver, Washington D.C., Las Vegas, Long Island, New York and Columbus, Ohio. PizzaRev plans to open at least 40 franchise locations across the markets. Beyond its 12 corporate locations in greater Los Angeles, PizzaRev currently operates franchise locations across four states.
Cullinan Properties relocates headquarters

Peoria, Ill. -- Cullinan Properties is relocating its corporate headquarters. Cullinan Properties has purchased 18,320-sq.-ft. of space at GEM Terrace Office Condominiums in East Peoria, Illinois from EM Properties. The entire building is 26,000-sq.-ft. and features steel-frame construction and a glass-curtain wall exterior. Other occupants of the building include Heritage Bank, Validus Technologies, Legacy Investments Services and Consociate Dansig Group.
