Atlanta — Jones Lang LaSalle has closed the sale of a portfolio of four grocery-anchored centers on behalf of Regency Partners II. Publix Supermarkets acquired the properties for $37.5 million.

The portfolio of shopping center includes:

New York — The United States Postal Service has signed an agreement to occupy 8,440 sq. ft. of retail space at 333 East 14th Street in Manhattan, according to the Feil Organization.

The Peter Stuyvesant branch of the U.S.P.S. inked the 10-year sublease for the space, which includes 6,940 sq. ft. on the ground floor and 1,500 sq. ft. of basement. It is a relocation of the Postal Service’s existing 432 East 14th Street branch.

New York — SL Green Realty Corp. and partner Jeff Sutton have entered into an agreement to buy out the lease of retailers Juicy Couture at 650 Fifth Avenue. The transaction will enable the leasehold owners to combine Juicy Couture’s existing basement, grade-level and second floor retail space with additional vacant space on the third floor and accelerate the partnership’s ability to reposition the building’s premier retail corner location.

Rockville, Md. — TitleMax, a title lending company, and Curry in a Hurry have signed leases in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area, according to Divaris Real Estate, which represented both tenants in the transactions.

TitleMax took 1,850 sq. ft. in Manassas Park Center in Manassas Park, Va. TitleMax has more than 1,000 stores in 12 states.

Curry in a Hurry leased 1,706 sq. ft. in Southbridge Plaza in Dumfries, Va. Curry in a Hurry joins Quiznos, Five Guys, Pizza Boli’s and Mandrian Court.

Minneapolis — The Opus Group has completed a 45,600-sq.-ft. retail building for Gander Mountain in Albany, Ga. The project’s completion marks the fourth collaboration between Opus and Gander Mountain in the last 22 months. The new store opened on Nov. 12.

The Albany store represents a new, smaller concept for Gander Mountain.

Chicago — Northwestern Memorial Hospital has completed the first phase of “Shop & Dine Northwestern,” a 70,000-sq.-ft. retail and restaurant development. The new facilities feature Chicago-based healthy quick service, fine dining and specialty retailers throughout the medical campus, which stands just one block east of Michigan Avenue’s Magnificent Mile shopping district. Covington, La. — Walgreens has opened a new full-service drugstore in Gulfport, Miss., at the intersection of Pass Road and Interstate 49. The 13,650-sq.-ft. store has a drive-thru window and full service pharmacy and may serve as a catalyst for retail development in the corridor. Stirling Properties provided development services, including lease negotiation, financing and project management for the third party owner of the property.

Phoenix — DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse has taken 20,000 sq. ft. at Tempe Marketplace in Tempe, Ariz., according the CBRE, which represented DSW in the negotiations. Vestar represented Tempe Marketplace.

Developed by Vestar in 2007, Tempe Marketplace is an interactive shopping, dining and entertainment destination featuring 1.3 million sq. ft. of retail space. The tenant list now includes DSW plus Target, Cost Plus World Market, Old Navy, J.C. Penney, Gap and Best Buy. It is also the first Arizona location for Dave & Busters.
