Ulta, Petco join Pavilion at Port Orange

Chattanooga, Tenn. CBL & Associates Properties, in concert with The Benchmark Group, announced Tuesday that additional stores and restaurants have joined The Pavilion at Port Orange in Port Orange, Fla., including junior anchors Ulta and Petco. Other retailers and restaurants joining the project include Pebble Beach Grill, Payless ShoeSource, and Loraine’s Fashion Jewelry and Accessories. Ulta will locate in a 10,000-sq.-ft. store and Petco in a 13,500-sq.-ft. store.

The 550,000-sq.-ft., open-air-development will be anchored by Belk fashion department store, a state-of-the-art 14-screen Hollywood Theater, with junior anchors Homegoods/Marshall’s Megastore, Michaels, along with Ulta and Petco.

The Pavilion at Port Orange will begin opening this fall, with the official grand opening scheduled for spring 2010.
