The retail experience just seems to get better at Cullinan’s Streets of St. Charles, which
Chain Store Age designated as one of the nation’s Top 10 Retail Center Experiences in 2018.
Four new tenants are moving into the mixed-use project in St. Charles, Mo. The first on the streets is Cherry Blow Dry bar, which opened on March 6. Cherry offers traditional blowouts, dry styles, and a variety of special hair styling services.
Narwhal’s Crafted and YogaSix will be the first tenants in a new 60,000-sq.-ft. retail and office building on the corner of Beale and Lombard Streets. This will be the yoga concept’s third location in the St. Louis area and the second for Narwhal’s, known for its thoughtfully crafted alcoholic slushies.
“Each of these new businesses brings something you can’t find elsewhere in the market, which we believe will further enhance the already vibrant energy of the property and draw guests from all over the region,” said Kathleen Brill, director of leasing for Cullinan Properties.
