Ridge Hill adds nine new retailers

Ridge Hill Shopping Center, developed by Forest City Ratner Companies (FCRC), is expanding.



During the course of the last month, Yonkers, New York-based Ridge Hill added nine new retailers and attractions to its roster of tenants. In the first half of 2015, the center added a total of 50,000 sq. ft. of retail and restaurants, with an additional 15,000 sq. ft. of office space. Seasonal offerings will account for another 14,000 sq. ft. and the center is poised to add 10,000-sq.-ft. of permanent retail before the year ends.



This fall the center welcomes women’s apparel retailer Loft, luxury stationary purveyor Papyrus, massage and facial spa Hand & Stone, private label cosmetics retailer e.l.f. Studio, and Motherhood Maternity, as well as an expanded H&M. With burger restaurant 5 Napkin, Ridge Hill’s dine-in restaurant roster grows to nine, while Corona Vision provides optometry and eyewear



In addition, Muse Paintbar offers the “paint ‘n’ sip” experience. Temporary tenants include a Spirit Halloween pop-up shop and Go Calendar, a seasonal pop-up store offering calendars, games, toys, puzzles and gifts, Experience providers include indoor skydiving adventure iFLY, and trampoline park Rockin’ Jump.



The new arrivals join retailers from earlier in 2015, including The Container Store, Starbucks, and Poll Restaurants’ Southern Italian eatery Angelo’s Family Style Italian.
