Regency Centers names consumer marketing manager

Highland Village, Texas Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has named Kelly Smith as consumer marketing manager for The Shops at Highland Village, a 351,635-sq.-ft. lifestyle center located in the Dallas area.

Smith’s responsibilities include strategic planning and implementation, retailer relations, sales-building promotions, advertising, public relations, market research and community relations.

The Shops at Highland Village is anchored by AMC Theatre and Barnes & Noble Booksellers, plus features 60 specialty shops including Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, Chico’s, Jos. A. Bank and Coldwater Creek Spa.
