The Promenade to celebrate grand opening

D’Iberville, Miss. Chattanooga, Tenn.-based CBL & Associates Properties said Thursday that The Promenade will be celebrating its grand opening on Oct. 11.

The 700,000-sq.-ft. power center is developed by CBL and Forum Development Group. The grand opening marks the largest retail opening within the Mississippi Gulf Coast since Hurricane Katrina. 

The Promenade will feature Target, Kohl’s (opening spring 2010), Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Marshalls, PetSmart and more. The center will also offer more than 100,000 sq. ft. of specialty shops and restaurants including Olive Garden, Red Lobster & Newk’s Express Cafe.
