Pizzicato, Elevation Burger, Gertrude Hawk Chocolates to open at Moorestown Mall

Moorestown, N.J. Philadelphia-based Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT) said Wednesday that three new businesses are slated to open at Moorestown Mall, in Moorestown, N.J.

Pizzicato Ristorante, a locally owned restaurant, is slated to open this fall; Elevation Burger will open in December; and Gertrude Hawk Chocolates is scheduled to open a new store during winter 2011.

The 3,059-sq.-ft. Pizzicato will be located next to Pei Wei; the chain also has locations in Old City Philadelphia, Pa., and in Marlton, N.J.

The 2,245-sq.-ft. Elevation Burger will be located next to Bistro Express. And the 1,067-sq.-ft. Gertrude Hawk Chocolates is set to open near Boscov’s in February 2011.

Moorestown Mall is owned and managed by PREIT.
