Paster partners on new mixed-use project

Minnetonka, Minn.— Real estate developer Paster Properties and multi-family property developer and manager Bader Development, have begun constructionat 1700 Plymouth Road,a six-story, 155,000-sq.-ft., mixed-use redevelopment project in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Paster Properties president Howard Paster and Bader Development VP of acquisitions and development Robb Bader made the announcement.

1700 Plymouth LLC, an entity managed by Paster Properties and Bader Development, is developing the mixed-use project that will include new, multi-tenant retail space on the ground floor and 115 luxury apartment units featuring oversized windows and balconies on floors two through six—with sixth floor units including even larger walk-out terraces.

Amenities will include heated underground parking, an elevated outdoor pool deck, lounge areas, a fire pit, an indoor clubroom and fitness center. Two levels of underground parking with 190 stalls will be provided for the apartment residents and 80 surface parking stalls will serve retail uses. The apartments will be leased and managed by Steven Scott Management Inc.
