Norman’s Hallmark inks lease at Aldrich Plaza in Howell, N.J.
Howell, N.J. -- Norman’s Hallmark, a family-owned and operated card and specialty gift retailer, has signed a lease to occupy 5,200 sq. ft. at Aldrich Plaza, Howell, New Jersey, announced Levin Management, exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 150,000-square-foot shopping center.
Gloria Mercado, Levin’s leasing representative, negotiated the long-term lease.

Celebrating its 75th anniversary in 2014, Norman’s Hallmark is a family-owned and operated card and specialty gift retailer. Norman’s has grown from its original Trenton, New Jersey, location to 46 stores throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Well located directly on heavily traveled Route 9, Aldrich Plaza serves a growing residential population of more than 134,000 people within a five-mile radius. The marketplace offers an average household income of $85,900 and the daily traffic count exceeds 47,700 vehicles.
