New retailers to open at Northcross Mall

Austin, Texas Lincoln Property Co. announced that its newly redeveloped Northcross Mall is attracting a retail lineup that includes the relocation of locally based Sandy’s Shoes, additional restaurant uses and School of Rock music.

According to The Weitzman Group, retail leasing agent for the project, the School of Rock leased 2,657 sq. ft. and is set to open in April, offering an innovative program that includes both private lessons and performance-based teaching.

Sandy’s Shoes leased 3,191 sq. ft.; GameStop leased 1,525 sq. ft.; Dos Batos quick-service restaurant leased 2,305 sq. ft.; and Elevation Burger will open this summer.
