New retail coming to the Streets of St. Charles

St. Charles, Mo. -- Cullinan Properties welcomes two new tenants to its mixed-use development Streets of St. Charles located in St. Charles, Missouri. MOD, a boutique specializing in affordable fashion for women of all age, will open its fourth location in spring 2016 on Beale Street and Supercuts is expected to open in early 2016.



“The addition of MOD and Supercuts to Streets of St. Charles broadens visitors’ shopping and service experience at the property, providing them with yet another unique opportunity to find great fashion and accessories they might not see elsewhere, and even get a quick, quality haircut while they’re here,” said Kathleen Brill, VP, director of leasing for Cullinan Properties. “After shopping and a haircut, visitors can enjoy a massage, a great meal or cocktail at one of our restaurants, or even a movie at AMC Theaters. In addition to the newly announced tenants P.F. Chang’s, Pieology, and Noodles & Company are currently under construction, and Firebirds Wood Fired Grill will begin construction soon.
