Mid-America secures three new retail leases at Orland Park Crossing

Oakbrook Terrace, Ill. -- Mid-America Asset Management announced that the firm recently secured three new retail leases on behalf of Orland Park Crossing located in Orland Park, Illinois. Orland Park Crossing is a 107,371-sq. ft. lifestyle center featuring tenants White House | Black Market, Talbots, Charles Schwab, Ann Taylor, Charming Charlie and more.



Soft Surroundings signed a lease for 5,445 sq. ft. and was represented by John Vance of Stone Real Estate. Comcast/Xfinity signed a lease for 5,303 sq. ft. and was represented by Carole Borg of CBRE. Massage Green signed a lease for 2,509 sq. ft. and was represented by Eric Unatin of Armada Real Estate Services. The new retailers are expected to open in spring 2016.



Mid-America leasing representatives Paige Schiesser and Samantha Spinell Schnell represented the landlord in the three transactions.
