Hhgregg to further expand in Baltimore

Indianapolis Hhgregg plans to open a store in Bel Air, Md., adding to the retailer’s plans to open four stores in Greater Baltimore.

The lease sizes of the five new locations range from 30,323 sq. ft. in Towson to 33,165 sq. ft. at Arundel Mills Marketplace.

Each store will employ around 50 people and will open this spring.

Hhgregg plans to open 40 to 45 new stores in its 2011 fiscal year across the mid-Atlantic.
