Las Vegas -- The Las Vegas Strip has a brand new retail attraction: Grand Bazaar Shops. The two-acre, open-air center is located adjacent to Bally’s Las Vegas.
Designed to be reminiscent of such world-renowned markets as Istanbul’s Grand Bazaar and London’s Portobello Road, and newer examples such as New York City’s Grand Central Terminal and San Francisco’s Ferry Building, Grand Bazaar Shops features more than 120 shops, offering everything from one-of-a-kind apparel, footwear, eyewear and accessories to jewelry, health and beauty, and electronics.
“Grand Bazaar Shops will captivate people looking for something more than what today’s brick-and-mortar retail outlets typically provide,” said Larry Siegel, chairman of Juno Property Group. “This new concept that we are introducing at the 50-yard line of the Las Vegas Strip is truly special and we feel the experiences within it will create a must-see attraction for visitors and locals alike.”
A centerpiece of the development is the Swarovski crystal Starburst sphere, which towers above the jewelry brand’s newest store. The ball is part of a nightly midnight light and sound show.
