GBS Fashions leases space at Civic Center Plaza

Chicago Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said Thursday it has leased retail space in Chicago at Civic Center Plaza to GBS Fashions. Specializing in tailor-made clothing, GBS Fashions leased 4,009 sq. ft. of retail space, opening its first location in the Chicagoland area.

The 265,024-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by Home Depot and H-Mart Asian grocery, along with national retailers including GameStop, Kumon Math and Reading Center and Subway.
